Shipping Restriction:
Please note that there may be certain items that are restricted and/or prohibited from being shipped by our courier partners from time to time. These may include but are not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography, and illegal narcotics/drugs. Important Information:
Please note that order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and may not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, except during sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Please be aware that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
For all deliveries, a porch or door delivery without a signature may be done. This is in line with international shipping standards. We do not require a signature for goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a third-party recipient for delivery purposes (e.g., as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a porch delivery at the address given (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us of our obligation.
When do we deliver:
Our delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and shipping method selected. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch, while international orders may take anywhere from 7-14 business days to be delivered. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and do not take into account any customs or clearance delays that may occur. Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available for customers within the country only. If you are placing an order for delivery outside the country, please note that shipping charges will apply. The shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country. You will be able to see the shipping charges at the checkout page before you place your order. In case your order meets the criteria for free shipping, it will be reflected in the final price. Taxes and Duties:
For customers within India, all product prices displayed on our website include taxes and duties. There are no additional charges for Indian customers.
For international customers, please note that most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the product prices displayed on our website do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. As the recipient of the shipment, you will be responsible for paying any such fees levied by the customs or tax authorities in your country. Payment of these fees at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
