Refunds, Returns And Exchange:

Our policy for refunds, returns, and exchanges is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions, which you can access on our website. Please note that these policies apply only to direct sales made by us to you and are not available for purchases made from third parties. These policies apply to all modes of purchase, including online purchases made through our website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, or any other mode of communication with our customer relations executives.

In addition, purchases made at our physical stores are subject to the terms and conditions outlined on your purchase receipt or invoice. If there are any inconsistencies between these terms and the terms outlined in your purchase receipt or invoice, the terms on your receipt or invoice will prevail.

Refunds:

  • We offer refunds in the form of store credit only, and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined here. If the product has not yet been delivered, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of the acceptance of the refund request. If the product has already been delivered, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receipt of the product by us.
  • Goods that have been sold can be exchanged for a replacement or returned for store credit, provided they meet our terms and conditions and are accompanied by the original invoice. All exchanges, including changes in size, are subject to availability and our confirmation.
  • Please note that any product that has been exchanged once will be considered customized and will not be eligible for further exchange.
  • In the event of a refund or exchange, a restocking fee of 15% of the product's MRP will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • As we have limited inventory and may not have all sizes available at all times, if an exchange request cannot be fulfilled, store credit may be issued in accordance with our terms and conditions.
  • Store credits issued against refunds will have a validity of 12 months from the date of issuance and can be used for future purchases on our website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, or any other online mode of communication through our customer relations executives or in our stores
  • Our return and exchange policy applies to all purchases made directly from us through our website, social media platforms, or physical stores. Please note that customized or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
  • If you wish to request a return or exchange, please do so within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any requests made beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
  • Please note that standard sizing may vary from brand to brand, and we cannot be held responsible for any returns or exchanges based on size discrepancies. All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with our terms and conditions. Any restocking fees or shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damage.
  • Products that have been delivered to You and are eligible for exchange or return can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Upon receipt of the product by Us and confirmation that the product is eligible for exchange or return, store credit will be issued.
  • The product must be in perfect, unworn condition with all tags still attached. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products, including those without original labels, will not be accepted and may be returned to You.
  • Please include all designer packaging, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags, as well as any belts provided, with Your exchange or return.
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender, so it is important to clearly label and identify any returned products.
  • When trying on shoes, please only do so on a carpeted surface. Any scratches or damage to the sole may prevent Us from accepting the return or exchange of the product
  • Certain products, including briefs, swimming costumes, bikini bottoms, and accessories like jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, and belts, will not be eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. Any other products that are explicitly identified as non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase will be considered as such.
  • Refunds will not be provided for orders that received any form of discount, including sale items, discount codes, or coupons.
  • Goods are considered faulty if they arrive damaged. Normal wear and tear on items do not qualify as faulty. If You wish to exchange a faulty item rather than receiving store credit, please note that We can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. We may offer to repair faulty items where possible.
  • All custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Please refer to [link] for a detailed description of what constitutes a custom-made order.
  • If You choose to return or exchange a product, the shipping charges to send the product back to Us will be Your responsibility.
  • Bulk orders consisting of more than five products will not be eligible for returns or refunds. Additionally, any product purchased using loyalty points or promotional gift vouchers or at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In the event that You make payment for Your order through an online mode and are eligible for a refund, We will process the refund within the timeframe specified in these terms. However, if We are unable to refund the monies to Your account within the stipulated time frame, You may opt for a chargeback


Cancellation:

  • Please note that once an order has been processed, we will not be able to accept any cancellations. If You wish to cancel Your order, please do so at the earliest possible time, before it has been processed. In case Your order has been cancelled as per the applicable terms and conditions, You will only be entitled to receive store credit in exchange for the cancelled order. 
  • As per our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations. If a cancellation notice is received within 24 hours of placing the order, we may cancel the order and refund the entire amount paid by you. However, please note that we cannot process cash refunds under any circumstances. If your order is cancelled as per our policy, the amount paid by you will be reversed to your account within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your bank account details for such reversal. Please note that we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, including cases where the order has been processed within the first 24 hours. Similarly, cancellation requests received after the expiry of the first 24 hours from placing the order will not be entertained. We have the full discretion to decide whether an order has been processed or not, and you agree not to dispute the decision made by us in this regard. Please note that after the expiry of the first 24 hours from placing the order, you will not be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process of returning the product to us.
